Part III: People, Places & Things

If you want to share a literal image of the actual word, do that. But if you’d rather play with word association, post something that reminds you of the specific word, or something you use the word for, do so. It only has to make sense to you. Have fun and keep on photographing!

Download the full part III list to save on your computer/use as a checklist here.

[…] One exception was the Mut Mee Garden Guesthouse in Nong Khai, Thailand, where mosquito netting transformed our bed into a magical place. Original art on the walls and tiny porches also added to the ambience. The town of Nong Khai, the gateway to Laos, is also very special and worth staying at for awhile. It was only $14/night in 2007, and the prices have not gone up much… (www.mutmee.com: prices and booking) From now on it’s all about other people’s beds such as the gilded glassed-in bed for for a prince. (Jodhpur Fort in India) One of the back bedrooms in the artist Monet’s House in Giverny, France. Master bedroom in the Sonneveld House in Rotterdam, Holland. Built in 1933, it is an excellent example of the Dutch Modernism of that time. A photo of the rather unromantic bed of one of Argentina’s sex symbols, Carlos Gardel, the first tango singer. A striking bedroom display in Anacortes store. More of Jennifer Nichole Wells’ One Word Challenge: Beds. […]
