Color your World – 120 Days of Crayola 2018 (year 3)

It’s midway through December, and the days have gotten ahead of me. January 1 will mark the start of CYW 2018!

Color your world is a 4 month long daily blogging challenge event. Each day has a new color theme based on a crayon color in Crayola’s box of 120 crayons. The challenge runs January 1, 2018 to April 30, 2018. The week’s colors will be announced via my ‘This Week’s Challenges’ posts each Sunday and you’ll have the following week to respond to those 7 colors as you choose. Post, daily, weekly, or anything in between.

Your contribution can come in any form – art, poetry, flash fiction, a tale of a miscellaneous memory – anything, the only caveat – it has to be inspired by the color of the day. You can join in every single day or simply post at your leisure.

Comment back on the weekly challenge post with a link to your contribution and tag your post #coloyyourworld and #cyw so that other participants can see what you’ve come up with. Be sure to follow #coloryourworld and #cyw in your reader as well if you’re a WordPress user.

Fill in your blog title and url here to have your name added to the 2018 participant list below.

View all challenge prompts as they post here.

Click to view full calendars and right click once there to download for use on your own blog.

Check out this chart on to get the hex codes and RGB values of each color.
